This video gives you an idea of what the trail condition of Allen Creek riding area in Valemount, BC was like. There were three switchbacks that were extremely icy and had very little snow for traction. I was unable to film the first switchback. The first is the longest and iciest of all three, but there was a bypass trail around it that was easily passable. The next two switchbacks were quite troublesome. Many riders turned around, but a handful fought through. There were a number of sled rolls and bars bent or broken.
