Interesting fact: in movies of that two characters they both said the same phrase: "Yes, you are." But King Candy said it with acrimon to Ralph, and Elsa with panic to Anna.

Story: Elsa the Snow Queen arrived in "Sugar Rush" and King Candy, barely seeing her, fell in love with her. But this love is beginning to grow into a fiery passion and now he wants make her his queen...
