SWEET & SPICY DILIS (ANCHOVIES)

INGREDIENTS:
•100g 2¹/2 c of dried dilis
•75g 5 Tbspn banana ketchup
•4 Tsbpn white or brown sugar plus more for sprinkles, adjust sweetness
•1 tspn chili garlic oil, add more to your liking (feel free to use fresh chili, chili powder, hot chili sauce, swet and spicy sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper and tweak to your taste)

*If you want them crispy fry them longer (also depends on their size) and reduce frying time if you're like me who wants chewier type..

Remember, always work with clean hands. 🙌
