Things to Note:
You can speedrun the "Lake of Shadows" strike to get 3-4 silver leaves.
You collect leaves from activities while wearing the solstice armor.
Leaves are converted to silver ash in the new Bonfire activity.
You can use the Shuro Chi checkpoint to easily knock out some of the Solstice challenges.
