You almost always hear about Cocoa beach, but if you would like to get away from the pollution the ships cause in this area, and would like check out other great beaches here are four great options around an our east of Orlando.

Playa Linda Beach is in a National Park. It is a great place to connect with nature of watch Rocket Launches from the Kennedy Space Center right from this beach.

Pelican Beach Park is a fully equipped park with many amenities like showers, bathrooms, volleyball courts, pavilions, grills, playgrounds and more. Best of all it has ample free parking.

Dunlawton Beach just south of the main Daytona Beach is a lively beach where you can drive on the beach and listen to the many cars and jeeps blasting music.

Wilbur by the Sea is a quiet peaceful and calm beach with shallow crystal clear waters.

Always check the weather and tide and wave condition to determine how safe it is to swim on the day you are going to the beach.
