• Room: 5/5 (Flawless design with "no flat walls," Bose speakers, Frette robes, and the best slippers I've ever worn)
• Inspiration: 5/5 (The lobby ceiling sculpture, the lighting design at night, and the West Lake-inspired interiors are stunning)
• Service: 5/5 (Perfection. Escorted to the room, non-transactional check-in, and genuine care from every staff member)
• Value: 4.5/5 (Incredible luxury for ~$300 USD, but the location/language barrier might make it harder for international tourists to return frequently)
• Josh’s Score: 19.5/20 — Near Perfect

👍 Pros:
• Service Model: Every guest is treated like a VIP (no status needed)
• Room Design: Incredible textures, lighting, and finishes (premium feel)
• Breakfast at Charm: The most sophisticated and high-quality buffet setup I've seen
