HOW WE GOT HERE…
2009: We met while taking drawing classes at the University of Saskatchewan. After several Wednesday night pizza nights, art house films, and Kill Bill soundtrack listening parties we fell in love. Aw…

2010: I (Jacq) moved to Montreal to pursue my design education, and Dave came along for the ride. After a year, we ultimately decided to move back to Saskatchewan to build up a real estate business and set up our lives together.

2011: We got married, renovated our first house! Back then Dave was constantly listening to Bob Proctor audios and writing things he wanted on bits of paper. I used to accidentally wash these ‘goal cards’ hidden in his work pants all the time. I was working (and hustling) as an arts marketer, event producer and dance instructor.

2013: We welcomed our first baby, Abi! She was 7 weeks early. A tiny angel. Dave was actively building his construction business and I pivoted into music marketing, while teaching dance in the evenings.

2015: Dave’s search for change begins here. He knew he was meant for more. He felt called to something else. He saw Bob Proctor speak live at 18 and wondered if he still offered coaching and events.

2017: Together, we attended our first seminar together with Bob Proctor in Los Angeles. Dave decided to make a massive career pivot into coaching and set his first 30-Day Year goal of going from $5K a month to $100K a month!

2018: We welcomed our second baby girl, Lily. It was also within one month of her arrival that Dave came off the payroll of his former business and grew his coaching business to $65K per month.

2019-2020: In the fall of 2019, we officially teamed up as Conway Consulting and launched Dave’s first program: The One Sale A Day Club. This sales and mindset program helped ambitious coaches and salespeople to multiply their income, and our company's income shot up to $1.4M in 9 months!

2021: We expanded and began offering more programs and coaching, like Fusion Mastermind, The Brand Project, and Full Control Mastermind.

2022: We launched our first in person seminar called VisionMaker. Our business continued to grow by 30% YOY and our team continued to grow!

2023: We launched our first luxury mastermind event called Freedom. A mindset and subconscious deep dive that drives 10X results for our clients.

2024-2025: We rebranded from Conway Consulting to Conway Mentorship, and launched The 30-Day Year podcast to share everything we’ve learned to achieve multiplication goals. We launched 30-Day Year Coaching, retired VisionMaker, and launched our NEW event, The Mindset Seminar!

Today: We’ve expanded Conway Mentorship into an international mindset coaching company, surpassing $20M in delivered services, and supporting a global community across 5 continents to grow rich with peace of mind.
