I was lucky enough to find this locally, and as it's my first real tape delay unit, it definitely does not disappoint !
I removed the unit from the case give it a cleaning inside and out.
I then cleaned and demagged the heads and the capstan, cleaned and treated the rubber pinch roller, and finally installed new tape.
I also used contact cleaner on the pots and replaced the screws holding the unit securely inside the case - it didn't have any when I bought it !
There's an issue with the output cutting out before it's fully warmed up, so looking to get that sorted by Black Volt Amplification in Los Angeles.
