Help! My Sonoff Basic turned out to be something else!

Описание: I ordered a 6 pack of Sonoff Basics from Amazon (https://amzn.to/2BqHyJQ) and when I cracked the first one open I got a big surprise. It was actually a Sonoff RF R2 Power V1... Sort of.

In the video I share the flashing method as well as how I was able to wire a switch that wasn't on gpio0.

NOTE:
When I say it's an ESP8250 I actually meant ESP8285... Sorry.

UPDATE:
Thanks to Wojciech Pyszko for pointing out some updated Wiki info about using GPIO2, labled as IO2 on the back of the board. Note, if you connect a switch to this, and power the unit while the switch is in the on position it will boot in a programming mode. If you want to use a normally open push button switch, GPIO2 is much easier to solder than GPIO4, but if you're using a toggle switch, it you might run into issues where it boots into programming mode if your power goes out for any reason.
