Описание: Ecotherapy is all about being active outdoors in nature. These inspirational participants at four Ecominds-supported projects tell us about how ecotherapy helped them to manage their health problems and open new doors. We filmed at Growing Well in Cumbria; Idle Valley Nature Reserve in Nottinghamshire; PoLLeN in Bromley by Bow; and at Grounded Ecotherapy's rooftop garden at the Southbank Centre in London.
