This is a discussion of motion with constant (proper) acceleration, studied using the tools of special relativity (and in particular, using space-time diagrams). I don't go through the details of the derivations, but focus on understanding what the motion looks like from different inertial frames. Those observations are enough to inspire an interpretation of what spacetime looks like from the perspective of the accelerated observer as well.
Note: The final video quality here is a bit blurrier than I would have liked: I think an OS upgrade changed my default camera settings. That means that for the diagram in particular, you might want to "play along at home" with your own sheet of hyperbola graph paper to see how the details play out.
