Here is a tour of the 3 Qatar Airways lounges for status members:

The Silver Lounge South is for members of the Qatar Airways Privilege program with a silver status or higher. This is located opposite gate B1.
The Gold Lounge South is for those with gold status or higher. This is located near gate A3.
The Platinum & Gold Lounge North is for those with gold status or higher. This is located near the C gates and the Orchard.
