Описание: SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis is a routine lab technique to separate proteins by size. The proteins are then transferred to a membrane for detection of specific proteins using antibodies, a procedure called Western blot. In this video, the cell lysates are analyzed to determine the levels of transfected proteins using SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis and Western blot.
