Artist Chris Hilson draws inspiration from mid-century design, vaporwave palettes, and the quiet magic of kinetic sculpture. Built from scrap acrylic and layered forms, the pieces feel like fragments of an alien storefront display, a conglomeration of imagined objects that almost make sense but never fully explain themselves.
Color and light pass through each surface, scattering soft illumination across the space. It’s playful but precise. Serious craftsmanship with a sense of whimsy.
That balance is the point. A reminder that immersion does not have to start with chaos. Sometimes wonder begins with something gently, unexpectedly in motion.
