How much forging temperature loss before and after descaling machine

Описание: Another new descaling machine test in our factory.
This time, we did a test for forging temperature drop of before and after descaling machine.
As you may know, hot forging parts are usually induction heated up to about 1200 Celsius and then into forging hydraulic press or forging hammer process. There will be a layer of forge scale on the forging surface after induction heating furnace. If the scale are not removed before forging process, then it will be pressed into the inside of forging parts so as to affect the forging quality.
Our forging descaling machine is just the perfect forging machine which helps to clean the scale and help to achieve high forging surface quality.
Many of customers are worrying about the forging temperature loss after descaling machine. We have been tested for many times that the temperature drop is controlled within 30 ℃ without changing the metallurgical organization.
