In this video, I'll share 5 KEY signs of the Metal Element constitution.
Our "Element Type" is like our imprint or blueprint when we're born. Even though we all have 5 Element types within us as they are all interconnected and interdependent , one or two show as more dominant in us since birth. The 5 Elements reflect how we move throughout the world, how we individually react under stress, and reveal pieces of our personality and traits which can help guide us to inner peace and harmony in life. The 5 Elements are an extension of the ancient yin yang balance principle.

Often referred to as the "Alchemist," I'll explain the transformative qualities surrounding the sensitive yet graceful Metal Element's energy. The Metal can often come across as slightly ambiguous in nature; however, it's in their knowing of who they are in the world which gives them their strength. The ancient Daoist/Taoist traditions studied the impact of the 5 elements in nature including Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal and the energetic quality to each Element and season.
