The co-writer and director of the new "The Matrix" movie says she isn't planning a new trilogy for the sci-fi action franchise.
Lana Wachowski was asked by The Associated Press at the San Francisco premiere of "The Matrix: Resurrections" whether the fourth film marks the start of a trilogy.
"My producer is over there. My producers are over there. No," she said before walking away.
The new film, which reunites stars Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss, hits theaters and HBO Max on Dec. 22.
