✨️The Waffle Recipe (no eggs and no dairy)^^ ♡
10 – 12 Waffles ~

Your will need:

♡ ½ Cup Flour
♡ 3 tbsp. Sugar
♡ 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
♡ 1 tsp Cardamom
♡ 1/6 Non-dairy milk
♡ 1 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
♡ 50 grams Plant-based butter
♡ 2 tsp Vanilla sugar/vanilla
♡ Pinch of salt

✨️Combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, cardamom, salt and vanilla sugar/vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients: non-dairy milk, plant-based butter & apple cider vinegar
Mix until a smooth mixture. Let it sit in the fridge for 15 min.
Use a waffle maker. I put mine on heat nr. 4, but test the heat on your waffle maker
(it might need a different heat).
Stack the warm waffles on top of each other and cover with a dry, clean towel. Serve with your favourite jam.
