STEP by STEP Guide

I’m logged into Google and in my Gmail inbox.
Gmail stores a list of all contacts who you have sent an email to in the past
You can quickly import a list of contacts to use in Gmail from another Gmail or email account.

1 - To import a contact list we need to go to the Google Contacts app. As long as you are logged into Google, you can find this is by visiting the contacts link on the screen or clicking on it in the description below
The Google Contacts app works just like an address book, storing all the details of your regular Gmail contacts.
2 - To import a contact list, I’ll move my mouse to the left hand panel and you’ll see there is an option here to import. I’ll click on that once.
3 - A window then pops up that asks you to select your contact list csv file.
4 - I’ll quickly select that file and to add those contacts, I’ll click on the Import button
5 - Google contacts then imports that contact list and you’ll see those contacts have been labeled as Imported on today’s date.
