I flew from Durban to Joburg to spend the weekend with the boys and was supposed to head back home on Sunday. But when I couldn’t find a flight, I had to rebook for Tuesday — which left me with an unexpected extra day in Joburg.
On that Monday, I decided to visit a few dealerships just to look around. That’s when I came across an F80 M3. What started as casual browsing quickly turned serious. I gave them what they needed, and just like that, the deal was done.
I flew back to Durban on Tuesday, spent the week there, and by the following Friday the car was ready. That same evening, I booked a flight back to Joburg, collected the car, and the rest is history.
