Hope is living with eager expectancy—discovering the Christ being born within us in every moment and recognizing the Christ expressed in every person we meet. The birth, or awakening, of the Christ in our hearts and minds delivers us from the bondage of the limited self and the illusion of separation from God and one another. 
As we begin Advent, we embrace Hope as an attitude of mind and heart, honoring our desire to know ourselves as we are truly known. Let us live in expectancy of the power of the indwelling Christ, born in and as us in every moment. Together, we’ll explore how we may bring the gift of Hope to the world.
