The California Bar has recently been exposed as defunct by the California State Auditor. They also have recently admitted corruption and misconduct in their own ranks.

In addition to public pressure they must be feeling, I have directed a new tactic at them. Specifically, I first complain to the presiding judge one issue at a time (and no more than one, because these losers don't read), and then send a copy of the complaint to the Bar if it concerns attorney misconduct. Yesterday I had a 2.5 hour conversation with a Bar investigator. This marks a fundamental shift in my experience with them. They have refused for four years to investigate my complaints of professional misconduct. I am cautiously optimistic that things are about to head in the right direction.
