It's day 5 of our Singapore food tour, and the kaya toast kopitiam ritual has been a safe haven to start each day in this dynamic foodie city. Today, we're visiting Singapore's oldest coffee shop, opened in 1919. Here, they toast bread using charcoal and serve deep rich butter-roasted coffee to pair with their kaya coconut jam.
