Always warm up before 5-10 mins before any strength training bout.
Circular Saw 1/4 squat up on toes to arm pit 14 + 14 reps, 2-3 sets
Chop Saw Sumo Squat 12 reps, 2-3 sets
Chop Saw RDL 12 reps, 2-3 sets
Blower upright row on toes 12 reps, 2-3 sets
Push Ups 12 reps, 2-3 sets
Circular Saw Bent Over Row 12+12 reps, 2-3 sets
Chop Saw Goblet Squat 12 reps, 2-3 sets
Drill Tricep Kickbacks 12 + 12, 2-3 sets
Circular Saw Single Arm Overhead Press to Squat Overhead press 12 + 12, 2-3 sets
Chop Saw Rotation 10 reps, 2-3 sets.
Always cool down and stretch out after your workout.
