I always stock my fridge with some celery, sweet pepper/bell pepper and tofu. They are easy to store, and very nutritious. Whenever I have no idea what side dish to cook that goes well with my other dishes, this is my go-to recipe. It is also a vegetarian dish. I hope you like it.
——Ingredients——
4 sticks of Celery
4 small sweet pepper / 1 bell pepper
397 g / 14 oz of Firm tofu
1/4 tsp salt (1/8 tsp for tofu, 1/8 tsp for vegetables)
2 tsp light soy sauce
3 cloves of garlic
black pepper
