Описание: The latest update, in Hathras Gangrape and Murder Case, tells us that the CBI has filed a chargesheet in Hathras local court and all four accused have been charged with gangrape & murder.
The young girl was gang raped and brutally thrashed by four upper caste men in the month of September. The victim, who named and identified the accused, later succumbed to her injuries. After her death, many lapses and conspiracies took place, in the Hathras Case, mainly by the local police.
As CBI filed a chargesheet now, does this vindicate the claims made by the victim's family? Will we finally see justice being done? Shouldn't we hold the top police officials & DGP accountable?
