Pakistan Hockey team has faced a huge embarrassment in Australia after reportedly failing to pay the hotel bill. Subsequently, it led the hotel management to cancel the booking of the team and forced players to roam around the road. The incident reportedly took place during the second leg of the 'FIH Pro League', where the team had reached Hobart to play a match. According to reports, the team and officials were booked in a four-star hotel. They were assured that the advance payment had been made by the Pakistan Hockey Federation and the Pakistan Sports Board. But when the players reached Canberra, the hotel management made it clear that "There is no booking and no payment has been received.
