Momo Value/White and this Azorius version of the list are both picking up popularity in Standard, and that's for a good reason. Both of these decks are absolutely beasts.
Built around squeezing as much value out of all your cards, this deck is able to grind opponents down even through their spot removal and board wipes. With the Azorius list, you are able to abuse Quantum Riddler to get more card draw than you typically need. If you want to climb, this is an awesome list to do it with.
