The Windsor Street Painted Bike Lanes are an important north-south corridor for bikes on the Halifax Peninsula. Although they’re well-used, the lanes tend to cut out in key places, and the unique geometry of Windsor Street makes it difficult to design solutions.
In this video, I go over different ways to make Windsor Street more bike-friendly and to make moving around it easier for other modes, too.
