Dip Check-in BPO company || Live Calling Process Example with Excel Report 2020
Dip Check is an test conducted to check the process knowledge of the employees.
In Dip check generally, we ask 5 questions related to our existing process.
It can be conducted weekly twice.
Why Dip Check:
To understand either employee is aware of recent updates or not.
Check out the process knowledge of the employee.
Continuous escalations from the client: if we conduct a dip check on top escalation which we have received from the client then to check either employee is aware of the escalation and it resolution or not so that we can reduce the escalation and the existing process will be error-free.
