Info:
6040 CNC with 800 Watt spindle
feed rate = 300
plunge rate = 50
spindle speed = 400 (max for my VFD 24k RPM)
Note these speeds are what I am using in the video I have ran the machine faster and it works fine but I don't mind waiting longer and knowing the feed rate will be good. I am sure you can increase the feed if you wanted but I would start here if you are just learning
Jog controller is a XHC HB04
Controller is a Geko 540 with 48v power supply
