Want to FASTEN your labour? Do these exercises during different stages of labour!
Trust me, these will help for an easier, faster labor with less labor pain! ❤️
✨ During Early Labour — Your baby’s head at the pelvic inlet (at -3 or -2 station)
In this stage, pelvic exercises with wide-open knees open the pelvic inlet, creating more space for your baby to rotate.
These movements also encourage the baby's descent into the pelvic canal, moving faster into the ideal birthing position.
✨ Active Labour — Your baby’s head at mid pelvis (at -1 to +1 station)
Use exercises with asymmetrical positions to open the mid pelvis and put more pressure on the cervix — dilating and softening it.
It also makes your contractions effective and efficient, helping you cope with labor pains and reducing the need for an epidural. 😊

🚽 Sit backward on a toilet seat or birth stool with knees wide apart.
🚶♀️ Movement during labor is key to FASTENING your labor — it helps with gravity.
