Here is the detailed recipe of potato beetroot paratha ⬇️
RECIPE
1. To make dough, take 2 bowl of wheat flour, 1 beetroot paste and water.
2. Make a soft dough.
3. For potato stuffing, take 2 boiled potato, add 1 tbsp red mirch powder, half tbsp salt, half tbsp coriander powder, half tbsp garam masala and coriander leaves.
4. Make a roti shape and add the potato stuffing. Make any shape of paratha.
5. Cook for both sides.
6. Your delicious beetroot aalu paratha is ready. Enjoy
