Here you have 5 powerful and easy ways to use Crystals in your daily life.


1. The first and most common way to Use Crystals in daily life is by wearing Crystal jewellery. Having the crystal energy touching your body is a quick and easy way from your body to absorb the healing properties of the crystal.

2. Crystal Tumble stones. You can place a tumble stone in your pocket or place it directly on the Chakra associated with the Crystal. This is a great option for the more expensive stones like Rubies for example, as once they have been crafted into Jewellery they can be much more expensive.

3. Crystal Meditation. It is so nice to connect with your Crystal, set your intention and the crystal acts as a magnifier of your intention and is a nice physical reminder of what you are wanting to amplify in your life.

4. Crystal Healing. You can place individual Crystals on the associated chakras, or even place a whole chakra grid on your body. A Crystal for each associated Chakra.

5. Crystals in your Home. You can place different Crystals in different rooms of your home to create a nice ambience. For example Rose Quartz in the bedroom to promote love. Amethyst in the living room to promote peace, calm & harmony.
