Maoist division secretary Rajita has refused to surrender and warned that the armed struggle will continue. In a press note issued recently, the Maoist leader called on cadres not to give up the fight despite government efforts to encourage surrender.

Rajita said the sacrifices made by fellow comrades would not be allowed to go in vain. She also stated that Maoists would not easily accept any proposal put forward by the government regarding surrender or negotiations.
