Sweet Potato Al Pastor Nests

Описание: Got a hankering from some sweet tators and some Al Pastor so why not dust off the ole' Thug Kitchen (now Bad Manners) cookbook with this recipe in it and put a little spin to it. Some time ago this things called breakfast nets were popular, I could be wrong. Basically putting shredded tatoers into a muffin tin then busting an egg in it then bake them off??
So why not give it a go.
