Steps For Cancel Apple One Subscription Plan on iPhone and iPad

First, open the Settings app on the iPhone, Tap on your Profile name.

Then, Find and Tap on the Subscription option. Here's the Apple One Subscription option under the Active section, Tap on it.

On the next screen, you will see switching or Upgrade options from the individual or family plan for Apple One, Upgrade by Double Click on the Side button to pay for Apple One Upgrade Plan.

If you wish to customize an individual plan from Apple One Bundle then tap on Choose individual Services option. and Select the Service that you want to keep active and pay for next month continuously.

None of the services you want to activate, Don't select any of them from the list, then the Last option is Cancel Apple One button.

From the Popup select, Confirm button, and Cacle Apple One.
