These are a very good quad burner and will most likely make you need to hold on to something for support after finishing your set!

starting from a neutral position and powering up to squeeze quad for maximum burnout!

try to make sure your back is straight and focusing on lifting with your legs and not with your arms or back!

the arm is for stability as this will deactivate your core for you to concentrate on focussing on just pushing with legs, but as you progress on you could activate your core for more muscle activation!

these alternatives are farmers walk carriers but alternatively you could use dumbbells/ but also using a block so you won't need to serve time under tension!
