Описание: The ceremony for the unveiling of the Max Boyce statue took place in Glynneath on the 30 September 2023. Hundreds of well wishers lined the streets to watch the procession led by the band of the Royal Welsh. The statue was unveiled by the First Minister, Mark Drakeford and the Lord Lieutenant of West Glamorgan, Mrs Louise Fleet. Max then a read a poem especially penned for the occasion. The ceremony was completed with the band giving a stirring rendition of Hymns and Arias
