In this video i'm casting a Aluminum Medieval Mace and WOODTURNING a Walnut Resin Handle for it.
I've had some really bad luck with this project because the handle broke during the last bits of turning. I did not include this in the video because the video would be too long then. You can see the broken handle in my Youtube stories from a couple of days ago.
I was planning to smash some stuff with the Mace, but i think the handle is to fragile for that. I'm a bit worried it will snap in to 2 pieces.
The filament I used for the 3D print was Polycast from Polymaker. It burns out VERY clean at rather low temperatures compared to ABS or PLA. http://eu.polymaker.com/product/polyc...
