Описание: Hello Everyone! It's Lava here with a video on how to raise the poisoning skill in Ultima Online.

To poison or not to poison, that is the question! Poisoning is a skill that will allow you to apply poison to the blade of a weapon to deal additional damage to your foes. Along with the ability to poison weapons, higher levels of this skillimprove your effectiveness of the Poison and Poison Field Spells. Poisoning skill will also grant you a natural poison resistance as well!

Poisoning will take place of Tactics in determining the probability to perform the special moves Infectious Strike and Serpent Arrow.

However, you still must have 70 weapon skill level for a primary skill, and 90 skill level for a secondary skill. The Mage Weapon Property will not work for a substitute when it comes to special moves.

Before you get started, be sure to hunt down the Thief Guildmaster and train poisoning. This will always be the best gold you have ever spent.

Make sure that you carry a few greater cure potions, or be prepared to cure with a spell. If you fail to apply the poison, there is always a chance that you may accidently poison yourself... Just be mindful of this.

You will use the following Potions to gain at these skill levels:

20 to 40 - Apply Lesser Poison
40 to 70 - Apply Poison
70 to 92 - Apply Greater Poison
92 to 100 - Apply Deadly Poison

It is possible to gain using combat as well, if you wanted to use the wolf spider or arctic ogre lord trick. Just apply the poison to a 100% poison weapon, and use the primary or secondary skill to have a chance to gain! You will need to have the weapon skill up to the correct level and at least 60 Poisoning for this to work.

It'll take your alchemist about 80,000 Nightshade to create the various potions you will need to achieve the level of grandmaster.
