दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान भ्रष्टाचार को बड़ा मुद्दा बनाने वाली बीजेपी को बड़ा झटका लगा है. PWD में नियुक्तियों से जुड़े घोटाले के मामले में CBI ने राऊज एवेन्यु कोर्ट में AAP नेता सत्येंद्र जैन को क्लीनचिट दे दी. CBI ने रिपोर्ट दाखिल करते हुए कहा कि जैन के खिलाफ कोई सबूत नहीं मिला. जिसके बाद CBI की क्लोजर रिपोर्ट को कोर्ट ने मंजूरी दे दी. विजिलेंस की शिकायत पर सीबीआई ने सत्येंद्र जैन के खिलाफ 29 मई 2019 को एफआईआर दर्ज की थी.

In the case of scam related to appointments in PWD, CBI gave a clean chit to AAP leader Satyendra Jain in Rouse Avenue Court. While filing the report, CBI said that no evidence was found against Jain. After which the court approved the CBI's closure report. On the complaint of Vigilance, CBI had registered an FIR against Satyendra Jain on 29 May 2019.
