Описание: Today we're making the Creole Cocktail - a classy drink to help you celebrate Mardi Gras! It might not be as popular as its New Orleans cousins (Vieux Carré, Sazerac, etc), but I enjoy it just as much. The original recipe called for a french bitter called Amer Picon - but due to lack of availability, I replace it with amaro and orange bitters. Give this variation a try and enjoy Fat Tuesday in style. Cheers everyone!

1 oz. (30 ml) Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Bénédictine DOM
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Ramazzotti Amaro
2 dashes Fee Bros Orange Bitters
