NEPAD African Leaders in Dialogue dinner 2016

Описание: The African NEPAD Leaders in Dialogue (NEPAD ALD) dinner was developed by the NEPAD Business Foundation (NBF) in partnership with the NEPAD Agency in 2010. Designed as a working dinner, the NEPAD ALD is a pan-African platform for like-minded African leaders from both the public and private sector to interact and deliberate on challenges facing the continent with the intention to seek out solutions for the development of Africa.

Originally launched as the Ambassadors and Business Executives Gala, the NEPAD ALD continues to attract senior business executives; Ambassadors/ High Commissioners and First Secretaries from African and G20 countries as well as high-level government officials.

The NEPAD ALD dinner is not just a meeting of the minds, it is a practical and result oriented engagement that has been the brainchild of some of the main NBF’s programmes including the African Infrastructure Desk (Afri-ID) which is a major NEPAD
focused infrastructure programme.

Since its inception in 2010, the NEPAD ALD has been hosted with the support and sponsorship of the Barclays Africa Group. The dinner affords excellent branding opportunities as well as publicity from media partners such as CNBC Africa, Channel
Africa, SABC, Forbes Magazine among many others.

The NEPAD ALD dinner is a highlight event on the NBF and NEPAD Agency’s calendar which also doubles as the main fundraising platform for NEPAD related programmes, projects and activities.
