Описание: How to make a dry roux you must be asking yourself?? Well the answere is simple it’s simply just browning the flour in the oven,stovetop,or microwave that’s all we are doing is browning the flour to have it already ready for the gumbo when we make it tomorrow and see how it turns out. Is it going to be replaceing the traditional roux? Well that would be all up to you if your a traditionalist than no but if your up to trying new things then out then yes it might you might like the fact that you can have the flour already done and you would just simply mix it with water and chicken stock and add it right on in so you would use this dry roux like you would a slurry to then up gumbo, brown chicken stew, brown gravy possibly too who know all you could do with this dry roux the possibilities are endless.
