Camping Fishing & Campfire Fajitas in Lake Mead

Описание: This week we squeeze in one more solo trip in Lake Mead's Kingman Wash! Less than 30 minutes from Las Vegas, I love this area for its large camp area, crystal clear water and fishing opportunity! HOWEVER, when the summer rolls around this place gets PACKED, like Telephone Cove packed lol So this is probably my last time camping and fishing in this area until next winter :) You can fish in this area with a Nevada fishing license since Lake Mead is shared between NV and AZ. There were definitely a lot more people out there since the last time I camped here a few weeks ago (where it dipped to mid 20 degrees) but with this nice weather we've been having (70s this week) there were definitely a lot more people camping out.

It was chill night, fishing as the sun went down, sipping on a cold beer and making steak fajitas over the campfire. In the ‪@GFC‬ I ended up sleeping on the bottom floor with the tent open, I call this "Open House" mode! It made it easy to just go to bed after hanging out instead of having to fix the floors to make the bed lol It was fun! I enjoyed this configuration. It made it easy to make coffee and breakfast in the morning within the camper without doing much (just wake up lol).
