All New Mazda3 - Art That Moves You

Описание: At Mazda, we believe in the importance of using the human hand to bring our cars to life. From design sketches, to clay modelling, to sheet metal - all of these stages are vital in producing cars which stir your emotions.

With the All-New Mazda3 Hatchback, our designers focused on the concept of "beauty of deduction". One key element was excluding a traditional character line on the side panel in order to creating one long, smooth curved surface.

Our master clay modellers had to redesign their tools and adapt their body movements, scraping away clay in layers as thin as 0.1mm, to sculpt a surface which felt as though it had a life of its own.

Transferred to sheet metal and coated in our unique Soul Red Crystal paint, the surface reflects light in a dramatic, captivating way, creating expressions which constantly change.

The result of this passion and artistry is a car which moves you emotionally from the very first glance.
