1. Slideability allows the vinyl to be moved across the surface if necessary. A good feature if the wrap accidental touches the surface.

2. Repositionability allows the vinyl to be removed and reapplied without damaging the vinyl or the panel.

3. Comformability allows the vinyl to stretched and pulled around slight, moderate or even extreme curves (there's always a limit). This will allow you to wrap side mirrors, bumpers and other curved areas.

4. Application Speed saves you time during application. A cast can save you about 50% of the wrapping time. That's for a few reasons, but mainly for being more forgiving, allowing you to heat and stretch over curved surfaces (eg. side mirrors, bumpers).

5. Removability over a longer period of years time. The longer the wrap sticks to a vehicle surface, the more it tends to "bake" on it. Even if the vinyl looks well it is recommended that once over its expected life-time is recommended to have it removed so it won't damage the surface. (unless it has not been in direct sunlight)

6. Estetics & Ease of Application. Estetics refers to the overall look of the wrap once applied. Usually the applied wrap looks flawless . Ease of Application refers to the overall application process. (time it took, how easy is to work with the vinyl & its tendencies)

7. Durability depends on the many factors that come into play (eg, if the surface was properly cleaned, if the vinyl was post heated, how well has it been looked after, weather garaged overnight or not, the amount of time exposed to the sun daily).

8 Air Release is an ingenious feature that allows air trapped behind the applied wrap to be pushed down and simply disappear. Bigger pockets of air can be separated into smaller ones and the pushed down.

Product Description
Hexis Skintac HX20000 is especially designed for vehicle wrapping. A film that has all the feature, except Slideability & that's what makes it no. 5 instead of no.2 . However, that doesn't seem to be an issue for installers that work with this vinyl. Once you get used to it, this may be your favorite vinyl & you wouldn't care less for slideability. Overall, a great, elastic and strong film that will achieve any type of application and will deliver unique results.
