Atari 5200: New Adapters for Sega and Atari 2600 controller compatibility (vid 25)

Описание: In today's episode we'll be talking about a newly discovered controller adapter that can help you use Atari 2600, Sega Master System, and Sega Genesis controllers on your Atari 5200. This is accomplished by having a PC 15 pin gameport to Atari 5200 controller adapter (made by Atariage member, bohoki) connected to a newly-designed adapter made by Ebay member, Ikonsgr74, which converts an Atari/Commodore64/Amiga 9pin connector controller to work on a PC (15 pin gameport).

The Masterplay Clone controller adapter has been available for a few years, but lately has not been available for purchase. Those of us who own one of these (primarily made by "low budget" of Atariage and "Atariguy1021") have really gotten to enjoy using Genesis and Atari 2600 controllers on our 5200s. We want others to have a similar opportunity to game on the 5200 digital games with such awesome controllers and adapters for a reasonable price. These two adapters that are discussed in today's episode are very effective and not high priced, so definitely check them out!

Once you've gotten your Sega and Atari 2600 controllers working with the adapters, you might also want to try to add additional adapters to get NES controllers working. In today's presentation, you'll see this demonstrated.

There's also a different set of adapters that can allow for the following controllers to become compatible when added to the primary 2 adapters: the Dual Shock 3, the Dual Shock 4, the Wii Remote, and the Wii U Pro Controller.
