I-PAC रेड मामले में ED की याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बंगाल सरकार को नोटिस जारी किया और दो हफ्तों में जवाब मांगा. कहा कि केंद्रीय एजेंसी के आरोप गंभीर है. जस्टिस प्रशांत कुमार मिश्रा और जस्टिस विपुल पंचोली की बेंच ने कहा कि सरकार ED के काम में दखल न डालें. एजेंसी को अपना काम करने दें. कोर्ट ने 3 फरवरी को अगली सुनवाई तक ED अधिकारियों के खिलाफ दर्ज FIR पर भी रोक लगा दी है.
